A limit of one online entry per promotion is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for each separate online promotion unless otherwise specified. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible.

All entries received by December 31st, 2007 11:59 P.M. PST, (insert date) from this e-mail will be eligible for our Prize Giveaway. You will automatically be entered into this Giveaway by completing and submitting the entry form . Upon receipt of your entry, a Prize number will be assigned to you by Local Events, LLC.

The randomly selected Prize number that matches the winning number for the Giveaway will win the Prize.

You may receive multiple entry opportunities in our ongoing Prize Giveaways. Giveaway prizes may be presented to the public on a quarterly basis. The winning entry will be eligible for the prize configuration promoted on 704online.com for the relevant timeframe.

There will be one (1) Prize awarded during each separate Giveaway period. If a Prize is not claimed by the Winner within one (1) week after the Winner is announced and the Winner notified by e-mail, the Prize for that Giveaway will be forfeited back to Local Events, LLC and will be given away during the next Prize Giveaway promotion.

Winners will be notified by e-mail. Prize award date(s) promoted will be honored and selection of the Winner will occur through a computer generated random selection of the entries received for the Prize Giveaway period. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. Winner must be located and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility within 30 days or we will select an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name and photograph in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. Parent or Legal Guardian must act for a minor.

Selection of Winner decisions are final. Giveaways may be ended early for promotional purposes, and if so, all eligible entries will be included and the winner selection method will not change. Taxes are winner's responsibility. Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents only. Principals and employees of Local Events, LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, its contest processors, their immediate families are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.

By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Local Events, LLC. Local Events, LLC, and its agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Prize Giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Giveaway. Local Events, LLC, and its agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Local Events, LLC, and its agencies are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Prize Giveaways. If, for any reason, the Prize Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Local Events, LLC which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Prize Giveaway, Local Events, LLC reserves the right to terminate the online promotion. Entries become the property of Local Events, LLC.

Local Events, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry determined to be the result of tampering with the 704online.com system or in violation of the letter and spirit of the official rules. Any use of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for future entry opportunity.
